Cozirom help and support
Cozirom is a Discord bot that translates chat into the other person's language. It only translates messages from people who turned it on themselves, and it translates text in images too.
Getting started
A server admin adds the bot from the support server. Then anyone who wants to be translated runs /translate on in that server. The bot guesses your language and theirs and opens the settings panel; change them in the dropdowns if they're off. Write as usual, and the translation appears under your name.
Common commands
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/translate on | Turns on auto-translation of your messages in this server. The first time, it guesses your language and theirs and opens the settings panel |
/translate setup | Settings panel: pick your language, their language and the tone, and turn translation on or off |
/translate off | Turns auto-translation off |
/translate usage | Shows the translations you used this month and how many are left |
/translate delete-my-data | Deletes the data the bot stores about you |
/translate help | Shows the commands, the latest news, and links to the support server and the privacy policy |
| Right-click a message → Apps → Translate | Read someone else's message in your language (only you see it) |
| Right-click a message with images → Apps → Translate | Shows [Translate text] and [Put on image]. Translate the text in the images, or get a copy with the original text erased and the translation drawn in its place (only you see it) |
| Icons under the images of someone with auto-translation on | The page icon translates the text, the picture icon puts the translation on the image. Anyone can press them, and the result and the count belong to the person who pressed |
| Font dropdown under an image with the translation on it | Pick Basic sans, Comic, Handwriting or Bold title, and it's redrawn at no cost |
| Right-click a message → Apps → Delete my translation | Deletes a translated message of yours |
If your Discord is set to another language, the command names appear in that language.
Putting the translation on an image works best on screenshots, memes, game screens, signs and menus. Vertical text is drawn vertically (Latin letters, as in English, are turned to run along the column). Thai and Hindi can't be put on images yet.

If a translation looks wrong, send a screenshot of the message and tell us which two languages it was between. Chat content is not kept in the bot's logs, so your screenshot helps the most.
